Terms And Conditions

Before acceptance of this agreement, all players should be certain of their rights and obligations. If you have any questions or doubts, consult legal counsel in your jurisdiction.

1. License Grant

All Star Slots (referred to as 'the Casino' throughout this agreement) hereby grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Casino's platform for playing in the casino, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or downloadable application. The Casino is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operates under License No. ALSI-202409030-F12. The Casino reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time, whenever a need arises. 2. Independent Auditors

The Casino's payout percentages are independently reviewed and audited on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and fair play.

3. Player Representations and Warranties

By using this service, the Player represents and warrants the following:


3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

The Player is at least 21 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.


3.2 Legal Compliance

The Casino's operation of virtual casino gambling is directed only towards players who, by the laws of their home jurisdiction, are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet. Some jurisdictions have not yet addressed the legality of Internet gambling, while some jurisdictions have specifically made Internet gambling illegal. Therefore, the Player accepts sole responsibility for determining the laws that apply in his/her jurisdiction.


The Player is responsible for any consequences that may transpire as a result of his/her not determining the legality of Internet gaming in his/her jurisdiction. The Player fully understands the rules of the games and the procedures involved in online gambling.


3.3 Account Security and Personal Use

Commercial use of the Casino is strictly forbidden. The Player will play only for private and non-professional purposes. The Player will access the Casino for his/her private and personal use only and not for the use of others. The Player is obliged to keep his/her User-ID and Password secret and confidential. Any use of the Casino through the Player's User-ID is the sole responsibility of the Player. The Player will not allow any third-party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way.


3.4 Intellectual Property

The Casino's platform, games, and content are protected under applicable copyright laws. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights remain with the Casino, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and software code. Copying, redistribution or publication of any content is strictly prohibited. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the name All Star Slots remain with the Casino.


3.5 Game Outcomes and Random Number Generation

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The Player accepts that game results are final and binding as generated by the Casino's RNG systems. The Casino's RTP (Return to Player) and RNG systems are subject to independent third-party auditing. Game results cannot be altered or manipulated once generated.


3.6 Financial Risk and Disputes

The Player is fully aware of the fact that there is the risk of losing money when playing at the Casino. The Player hereby accepts that the Casino reserves its right to limit and/or refuse the Player's wagers. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of the Casino shall be final and binding.


3.7 Tax Responsibility

The Player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings. If winnings are taxable in the Player's jurisdiction, the Player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities.

4. Account Requirements and Restrictions


4.1 Currency

The Casino will accept wagers in the following currencies only: US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). The currency for all withdrawals is determined by the player's chosen account currency.


4.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

The Casino does not currently accept any real money wagers from the legal jurisdictions of: Albania, Andorra, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Curaçao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine or United Kingdom (inclusive of Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Gibraltar). 4.3 Withdrawal Limits

With the exception of Network Progressive Jackpot wins, the maximum withdrawal per week is $/€5,001. As such, cash out requests of a larger amount will be paid in weekly installments.


4.4 Account Information and Verification

The player is required to provide their complete, current and full personal details, including a phone number where they can be contacted. Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information may result in the player's account being closed and any bonuses and winnings being removed.


The Casino reserves the right to withhold any payout or winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction. For this purpose, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require that the Player provides us with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Falsifying, manipulating, altering or failure to provide this documentation within a reasonable time will lead to account closure and voiding of winnings.


4.5 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and winnings voided. The Casino employs multiple verification methods to detect duplicate accounts, including but not limited to identity verification, payment methods, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis. Players must not attempt to circumvent these systems.


4.6 Employee Restriction

Employees of the Company and members of their immediate families are not eligible to register as a player at any Casino property or participate in any gaming at the Casino.


4.7 Fraud Prevention

The Casino operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to: using stolen payment methods, identity theft, collusion with other players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other activities designed to defraud the Casino.


Players found engaging in fraudulent activity will have their accounts closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to appropriate authorities. The Casino reserves the right to share fraud-related information with payment processors and other gaming operators to protect the integrity of the industry.


We reserve the right to process any withdrawals from casino accounts via the method(s) used to fund the account wherever possible.


Players who use systems, software, or methods designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Casino will have all winnings voided.


Use of a credit card not registered to the Player will be deemed fraudulent and will result in account closure and winnings being voided, unless previously authorized in writing by the Casino.


4.8 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are considered dormant. The Casino reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from dormant account balances. Players may reactivate dormant accounts and request restoration of any deducted fees by contacting customer service.


4.9 Maximum Win Limits

Unless otherwise specified for individual games, the maximum win from any single game round is capped at 50,000 times the bet per line. This limit applies to the total win from the base game and any bonus features triggered during that round.


4.10 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency transactions below $35 are not accepted. Any transaction below this amount is non-recoverable and will not be added to account balance. The Player is responsible to make sure that the minimum $35 deposit is made.


4.11 Account Transfer Prohibition

Player is prohibited from transferring or selling their account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, such as however not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.


4.12 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and accessing the Casino, the player hereby agrees to have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them. In the event of any disputes, all decisions made by the Casino will be final.

5. Bonus Terms and Conditions

5.1 All Star Rewards

The Casino operates All Star Rewards, which awards players with rewards as they advance through levels by earning XP through gameplay. Rewards earned through All Star Rewards are distinct from promotional bonuses and are subject to different terms. Progression rewards (including free spins, bonus chips, and other benefits automatically granted upon reaching new levels) do not count toward the 'one no-deposit bonus' restriction described in Section 5.3.


Players may earn and receive multiple progression rewards before making their first deposit. All Star Rewards are governed by the All Star Rewards Terms and Conditions in Section 6 of this document.


In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the All Star Rewards terms, the All Star Rewards terms shall prevail for progression-related rewards.


5.2 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses are unredeemable and so cannot be withdrawn as winnings. Players may withdraw winnings from wagers made using free chip or free spins, but the free chip or free spins themselves cannot be withdrawn and will be removed when any subsequent withdrawal is processed.


All Bonuses will be given only once per household, business address, IP address and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a duplicate account is opened it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.


The Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind bonus credits and offerings or prevent future access to the Casino for any reason at its sole discretion.


The Casino reserves the right to withhold, remove or expire any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been redeemed within sixty (60) days from the date when they were awarded. Individual campaigns or other promotions may have a shorter expiration time and if so, this shall be stated to the player upon receiving the offer about the campaign/promotion.


5.3 No-Deposit Bonus Restrictions

Players may claim only one promotional no-deposit bonus (free chip or free spins obtained via coupon code, email offer, or manual claim) before making their first deposit. This restriction applies to claimed promotional bonuses only and does not include rewards automatically earned through All Star Rewards. This restriction applies across all Casino Group properties.


Claiming multiple promotional no-deposit bonuses without an intervening deposit will result in all winnings being voided. Accounts funded entirely with no-deposit bonuses must complete an approved deposit before any withdrawals can be processed.


Players with pending withdrawals are not eligible to claim no-deposit bonuses until those withdrawals are completed or cancelled.


5.4 Minimum Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit to qualify for any deposit bonus or promotional offer is $35.


5.5 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that is to be completed on a specific selection of games. The player must be aware of and accept these terms and conditions before playing the bonus.


Wagers placed on each type of game will contribute different amounts towards the wagering requirement:

• Slots, Video Slots, Keno, Plinko and Scratch Cards - 1.00

• Roulette - 0.40

• Casino Poker Games - 0.25

• Video Poker - 0.20

• 21 Games, Blackjack, Baccarat, War - 0.10

• Craps, Sic Bo - 0.10


For example, $100 wagered on Slots Games will reduce the wagering requirement by $100, while $100 wagered on Video Poker will reduce the wagering requirement by $20.


Wagers are made from the player's cash balance first and the free chip second.


When bonus balance drops to below $1 before the playthrough requirement is fulfilled, any leftover balance will be automatically deducted from the account.



5.6 Bonus Terms and Time Limits

Winnings derived from game features triggered while the bonus is active count as part of the original promotion. If a bonus has a time frame and the conditions are not met within this time frame, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.


Only the original recipients of the promotions distributed by the Casino are permitted to claim the associated offers.


5.7 Cashout Limits

Deposit bonuses: No maximum cashout limit unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.


No-deposit bonuses: Maximum cashout is 5x the bonus amount. Winnings must be withdrawn within 30 days of bonus completion, unless otherwise specified.


Wagering requirement: No-deposit bonuses require 20x wagering unless otherwise specified.


When a withdrawal is processed, any amount exceeding the maximum cashout limit will be automatically deducted from the account balance.


5.8 Maximum Bet Rule

The maximum bet rule allowed to be placed during the playthrough of any promotion bonuses (including cash back offers) is $10. Betting above $10 during an active playthrough will result in any winnings being voided.


5.9 Comp Points Winnings

Any comp points accrued before the first approved deposit, or any winnings derived from them are subject to the maximum cashout restriction of the free bonus used.

Comp points cannot be accrued while playing with free spins and until the third deposit is made.


5.10 Bonus Management

The Casino reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any offer including promotional and bonus offers at any time and it is the player's responsibility to periodically check on this page and the promotions page for changes and updates.


If a player does not wish to receive bonuses then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons. If a coupon is claimed in error, please contact support by email, phone or live chat before depositing or playing so that your account can be adjusted.


Utilization of a coupon shall be deemed to represent acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with the use of promotional coupons stated above.


Players are not required to use coupons when depositing and should not do so without a complete understanding of these terms and conditions.

6. All Star Rewards Terms and Conditions

All Star Rewards awards players with rewards as they progress through levels by earning Experience Points (XP). As players advance through levels, they earn rewards and unlock milestone bonuses.


6.1 Program Structure

Players earn XP through eligible gameplay. XP accumulates to advance through levels, with each level unlocking rewards. Every fifth level reached awards a milestone bonus. Rewards and milestone bonuses increase in value as players progress to higher levels. The specific rewards available at each level are displayed in the All Star Rewards area of your account. The Casino reserves the right to modify reward structures, XP earning rates, or program benefits at any time without prior notice.


6.2 XP Earning and Progression

XP is earned through real money gameplay on eligible games. The rate of XP accumulation and progression speed are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to gameplay patterns, account standing, deposit history, and overall player activity. The Casino employs proprietary algorithms to calculate XP earnings. These calculations are designed to reward consistent, fair play while detecting and preventing system abuse. The specific methodology used to calculate XP is confidential and subject to change without notice. Not all gameplay may be eligible for XP earning. The Casino reserves the right to exclude certain games, bet types, or play patterns from XP accumulation.


6.3 Reward Distribution and Terms

Level rewards and milestone bonuses are automatically credited to player accounts upon reaching the qualifying level. Rewards may include free spins, bonus chips, deposit match coupons, or other benefits as determined by the Casino. All Star Rewards progression rewards are subject to their own specific wagering requirements and cashout limits, which may differ from standard promotional bonuses. These terms will be displayed with each reward when credited. Progression rewards do not count toward the one no-deposit bonus restriction described in Section 5.3. Players may receive multiple progression rewards without limitation, provided they are earned through legitimate gameplay.


6.4 Program Eligibility and Abuse Prevention

All active player accounts in good standing are automatically enrolled in All Star Rewards. Players who wish to opt out of XP earning should contact customer support. Players may also choose not to claim or use progression rewards even if they continue earning XP.


The Casino strictly prohibits any attempts to manipulate, abuse, or exploit All Star Rewards. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: coordinated play designed to artificially inflate XP, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of automated systems or bots, or any play patterns determined by the Casino to be inconsistent with normal gameplay.


Players found attempting to abuse or game All Star Rewards will have their ability to earn XP immediately suspended. The Casino may also void any rewards earned through abusive behavior, forfeit account balances, and terminate the account. This applies whether the abuse involves All Star Rewards specifically or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions.


XP earning privileges may be suspended or permanently revoked for accounts that violate any section of these Terms and Conditions, even if the violation is unrelated to All Star Rewards.


6.5 Technical Issues and Disputes

While the Casino makes every effort to ensure accurate real-time XP tracking, technical issues may occasionally result in delayed XP crediting or notification delays. In such cases, XP from all eligible gameplay will be credited to player accounts, though this may occur at a later time than expected. Delayed XP crediting may result in levels being awarded retroactively, and players may receive level-up notifications or rewards later than normal. All earned XP and associated rewards will be credited once technical issues are resolved.


Players who believe their XP totals are inaccurate or who have questions about All Star Rewards should contact customer support. The Casino will investigate all legitimate inquiries and make appropriate corrections if errors are found. All decisions regarding XP calculations, level progression, and reward eligibility are made at the sole discretion of the Casino and are final. The Casino's records of gameplay, XP totals, and reward distribution are considered authoritative.


The Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate All Star Rewards at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, abuse detection, or business requirements. Reasonable notice will be provided when feasible, but immediate suspension may occur in cases of suspected abuse or technical emergencies.

7. Slot Tournament Terms and Conditions


7.1 Tournament Winnings and Wagering

Free Entry Tournaments (no rebuys/add-ons purchased):

• Maximum cashout: $200

• Wagering requirement: 50x winnings


Free Entry Tournaments (with rebuys/add-ons purchased):

• Maximum cashout: $500

• Wagering requirement: 10x winnings


Paid Entry Tournaments:

• Maximum cashout: $1,000

• Wagering requirement: None


7.2 Tournament Entry and Eligibility

Tournament buy-ins are deducted from your Real Money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used to purchase tournament entries. Players excluded from redeeming bonuses are not eligible to enter slot tournaments.


Tournament winnings from a previous tournament cannot be used to buy into another tournament. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses cannot be used for tournament entry.


Tournament winnings generated from these restricted funds will be voided.


Some tournaments require a password to unlock and are designated for specific players only. Passwords are provided directly via email, casino inbox, or live chat. Unauthorized entry will be voided.


7.3 Tournament Play and Technical Issues

All tournament play ends at the scheduled end time. In-progress spins will not complete beyond the end time, and the score at that moment becomes the final entry. If a player disconnects during tournament play, the game will not continue spinning automatically. Players who reconnect within the tournament time frame may continue their entry. Failure to reconnect will result in the current score being the final entry. If a tournament is cancelled, buy-in amounts will be refunded to player accounts.

8. Refer a Friend Program

The Refer a Friend program rewards existing players for introducing genuine new customers to the Casino. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and the full Casino Terms and Conditions.


8.1 Referral Reward

Referrers receive $100 cash for each qualified referral. This reward has no wagering requirements and is treated as withdrawable cash.


8.2 Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the referral reward:

• Referee must register using the referrer's unique referral link

• Referee must not have any existing Casino account

• Referee must deposit at least $105 (or complete three qualifying deposits)

• Referee must fully wager all deposits according to wagering requirements


The Casino may withhold rewards until referee accounts are fully verified. Rewards are credited monthly within the first seven days of each month.


8.3 Abuse Prevention

This program is intended for genuine referrals only. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating accounts solely to obtain referral rewards

• Using VPNs, proxies, or VoIP services to conceal identity or location

• Registering multiple accounts


Abuse of the program will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination for both referrer and referee. The Casino may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice.

9. Refund Policy

This refund policy supplements the Terms and Conditions. Please review both documents before playing.


9.1 Credit Card Withdrawals

For accounts funded with credit cards, the Casino may process withdrawals as refunds to the original credit card up to the total amount deposited. Any winnings exceeding the deposited amount will be paid via alternative methods available in the cashier. This refund method typically provides the fastest payout processing time.


9.2 Security-Related Refunds

If credit card transactions are flagged as high-risk by our payment processors or management team due to security or legal concerns, the Casino will initiate refunds to the card and notify relevant authorities.


9.3 Account Closure Refunds

Players who wish to close their accounts may request a refund of their current balance. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting any unredeemed bonus chips from the balance.
