Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from the competition if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
To enter, charities and their representatives must be registered with the legal charity body in their respective country. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies cannot enter the competition.
The competition, will run from 07:00am on 9th May 2017 to 07:00am on 11th July 2017.
Representatives of the Promoter will be contacting a selection of Charities across the world via phone and email to invite them to get involved. All email communication will come from an email address with the suffix @allstarslots.com. Charities will be required to promote their entry into the competition on their website in the form of a blog post or news update to encourage their supporters to vote for them on the following webpage: https://www.allstarslots.com/competitions/win-the-jackpot. Charities can also use their social profiles to promote their entry into the competition and to engage support from their supporters using the hashtag #WinTheJackpot. Members of the general public and supporters of the Charities involved will be asked to vote for their favourite Charity to determine the 3 winners (1 vote per individual).

The Promoter has the right to refuse any competition entry from any Charity or individual if their Blog, news post or Tweet contains material which is offensive (including the use of foul language) or defamatory, contains nudity or incites and/or promotes violence or hatred or which discriminates, threatens or infringes the rights of third parties, or which the Promoter deems in its sole discretion is otherwise unacceptable. Participants may not use the competition for the expression of political or religious views.
There will be three (3) winners, receiving a cheque from the Promoter for the following denominations: 1st Place $5,000, 2nd place $500, 3rd place $250.
Any entry made using false or dishonest information will be disqualified. Entries that do not meet the rules of this competition will be excluded and the Promoter will not be liable for entries not received for any reason.
The three (3) winners will be selected using the voting format and those with the 3 highest numbers of votes will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in descending order after all votes have been collated following closure of the competition. The Promoter will notify the competition winners by phone or email within four (4) days of the competition closing. If a competition winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of their prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified, or cannot make use of their prize for any reason, that prize winner will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Promoter will arrange and pay for delivery of the prizes but will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any postal service or courier or for any failure of delivery.
The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Details of the winning Charities’ names and locations will be made available between 17th July and 20th July 2017.
By entering the competition, you agree that if you are chosen as a prize winner you will allow the Promoter to use the name of your charity, blog/news post, photograph/logo and general location for publicity, news and promotional purposes in any and all media during this and any future promotions or advertising without charge. You also agree to use your best endeavours to promote the involvement of your charity in the campaign.
The Promoter reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook or any registered charity.
The Promoter will use the information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the competition.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
